Audits
Auditing is one of the primary services offered by BEQS. Most clients initiate a relationship with BEQS with an invitation to audit the firm’s Quality System, which may be followed with Remediation Support.
Quality audit is the process of systematic examination of a Quality System carried out by an internal or external quality auditor or an audit team. Mock FDA audits are designed to simulate FDA inspections and used to prepare a firm for FDA readiness. Supplier Audits typically includes an evaluation of the firm’s Quality System, but may extend into in-depth Validation specific activity.
The objective of due diligence auditing is to collect information for management to use in decision-making relative to joint ventures, mergers etc. |
