Per 21 CFR Part 820, 210 & 211, Employees must have the required training to perform their jobs effectively. This includes training on regulations, technical methods, procedures and policies etc. However, a firm must have an effective Training System, and be employing effective training methods to effectively fulfill the intent of the regulations.
